Return Policy

At Shree Balaji Dham LJ IT Solution (OPC) Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process as outlined below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Products must be returned within one day from the date of delivery.
    • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Items such as socks, inner soles, and other hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon receipt.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Any product that shows signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
    • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
  3. Initiating a Return
    To initiate a return, please contact us via email at dhamshribalaji18@gmail.com or call us at +91 90015 60937 with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
  4. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
    • Shree Balaji Dham is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  5. Inspection and Approval
    Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. You will be notified via email once the return is processed.
  6. Refund Process
    • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 48 hours of the return being processed.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • For COD (Cash on Delivery) payments, you will be required to provide bank account details to receive the refund via bank transfer within 48 hours.
  7. Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item as per the return policy and place a new order.
  8. Damaged or Defective Products
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
